We are closed on the 27th and 28th of May for the bank holiday and re-open for the 29th. If you would like your order delivered for the 28th or the 29th we need your order by latest 9am on the 24th
Before ordering please ensure the product you are ordering is suitable for your requirements. Orders cancelled prior to delivery may incur an admin cost or restock charge. Goods not required and returned will be subject to a re stocking charge. If items are faulty we will replace them free of charge. Check deliveries on receipt and notify us within 48 hours of any damages or shortages.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations apply to sales to consumers made by sellers in the course of business made at a distance where there is no face to face contact.
If you purchase a product from our website you are entitled to cancel within 7 days working days from receipt of goods and receive a refund within 30 days from the cancellation date.

The cost of return carriage is the responsibility of the consumer. We will arrange collection.
It is your responsibility to make sure that the product is available for collection in the same condition it arrived, utilising, as far as possible, the original packing material and pallet.
