Advance have lauched a brand new ECO electric thermal store range for 2026
The new range is fully recyclable with improved insulation. A new design to improve efficiency and further reduce heat loss has resulted in a lower temperature in the feed tank. This product is manufactured at our new facility in Walsall. The 210 litre remains the same height - 1750mm.
ECO ETS is a cylinder style stainless steel thermal store with a separate cold section - which can be supplied with an isolation kit and installed without a discharge overflow if preferred. The store is open vented at atmospheric pressure. Mains hot water is via an internal coil and there is no need for relief valves, tun dishes or metal discharge pipes. The mains hot water delivery is suitable for one bath plus one shower from an overnight (off peak) charge.
Perfect for modern apartments or the all electric home, this hot water thermal store system gives you the benefits of mains pressure hot water. Designed with modern lifestyles in mind, installation is simple, maintenance is low and the unit is compact.
The ETS 210 is a perfect replacement for the Gledhill Pulsacoil but without complicated printed circuit boards. It is low maintenance and made from stainless steel. It can be fitted without an overflow if the isolation kit is fitted. This is available in the drop down menu above and will turn off incoming mains if the cold section fills. The isolation kit must be bought with the ECO ETS 210 and cannot be bought separately. The feed to the cold section should be isolated manually and a valve is fitted for this purpose.
The hot water store works on the thermal store principle of using a bank of heated water with an efficient internal heat exchanger connected to the incoming water mains for safe fast "power" showering and bath filling.
The unit is fitted with a hot water control pack and two 3kw immersion heaters.
The ECO ETS 210 should be connected to low tariff supply and used during appropriate periods for maximum efficiency.
The store is 1750mm tall with a 600mm diameter.
The thermal store is made from stainless steel for long life and has been upgraded to 60mm insulation thickness to exceed Part L of the Building Regulations.
The store is guaranteed for 10 years. The fitted components are guaranteed for 2 years. It has been independently tested and has achieved ERP Band "C" - the highest achievable for an electric water heater.
